Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority is, for example, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

Basis of processing

We process inquiries and contracts in order to prepare and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process server log files on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep invoices and business correspondence because the law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Server log files

When a page is requested, the server automatically stores the date and time, browser, operating system, anonymized IP address, and the page requested and the one before it. We analyze this data only in the event of a security incident and delete it after 30 days. You can object to the processing of server log files at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).

Contact

If you write to us or use a form, we store your details solely to handle your request. If no contract follows, we delete them after twelve months.

We use no cookies, no tracking, no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Disclosure and storage

We pass your data on only where this is necessary to fulfill the business relationship – and only within the EU, preferably in Germany. We encrypt stored data wherever possible. Some residual risk remains in transmission over the internet. Once statutory retention periods have expired, the data is deleted unless it is still required for contractual, tax or legal purposes. The website and our email are hosted by Uberspace, Mainz, which acts as our processor. For installations hosted by us, we are the processor ourselves. The controller is the organization the installation belongs to.
